Right between Jimmy John’s and Caribou Coffee, we’re easy to find. There’s a bus stop nearby and a parking lot on premises.

Same-day appointments are accepted. Free phone consultations are available. We’re an in-network provider with: BlueCross BlueShield, Medica, United Healthcare, Health Partners, Preferred One, Ucare, Aetna, Cigna and Medicare. HSA and FSA eligible; major credit cards accepted.
