Fit Family Chiropractic
When you enter our office, you’ll find it’s bright and inviting. We’ll greet you by name and with a smile, to let you know you’re welcome in this space. We try our best to be flexible and accommodating. Please let us know if there’s anything we can do to make your visit more comfortable.
When you come in for the first time, please complete the new patient paperwork in advance. If you’re unable to do so, we ask that you come in 15 minutes before your scheduled time to complete. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring your insurance card and ID.
ONLINE FORMS
The doctor will discuss the issues that brought you into the office and any other concerns you might have. She listens to her patients, often finding unspoken problems the patient might not be aware of. She’ll explain how chiropractic works, perform the exam, and give the first adjustment. This appointment will last 30-60 minutes.
Your next visit is scheduled within a week of the first. The doctor will present her report of findings or, as she refers to it, the Plan of Action. She’ll tell you what’s going on, how chiropractic can help, how long it will take and how much it will cost. You’ll also learn exercises and stretches that will be part of your plan.
Our doctors are in network with most major insurances, but please ask which doctor is in-network. Dr. Katherine is currently not in network with Health Partners, Preferred One, Ucare, Aetna or Cigna if your insurance is through Health Partners. Dr. John is in network with all of them.

You also can use your HSA and FSA; major credit cards are accepted. Please speak with us to verify your coverage and any applicable copays or deductibles.
New referral patients receive a discount when paying cash. Veterans receive free chiropractic care on the first Tuesday of each month.
